Hypnotherapy FAQ
Curious About Hypnotherapy Benefits ?
What is it like to be hypnotized? Will I be asleep?
There is no right or wrong way to experience hypnosis. Some people go very deep in hypnosis, others remain in the light hypnosis zone. However, hypnosis isn't about being "sleep" or controlled by the therapist. You are fully awake, the only thing that goes to sleep is the nervous system that controls the cognitive mind. It is 100% safe and the most effective way to access the cause of the problems that are presented in your life.
Is hypnotherapy/hypnosis safe?
Yes. Hypnotherapy is one of the most effective and non-invasive forms of therapy available today.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on the state of your awareness, intention, ability to take necessary actions to apply what you've discovered and learned from your hypnotherapy session(s) in your daily life. It also depends on how long you've let the old belief system taking over your life decisions. Experienced hypnotherapists can evaluate how many sessions you may need after the initial session.
How long does the result last?
The results can be permanent if you continue to maintain the upgraded belief system. It is your choice to live in the past with the old belief system which made you decide to seek for help, or you determined not to go back to the old belief system and continue to develop a new brief system, new behaviors/decisions, and live your life.
When will I start to see changes?
There are three types of change from Rapid Transformational Therapy – every person is different:
-
Immediate: You feel a massive shift right away – immediate changes in your physiology, thoughts, and behaviors right in the session.
-
Incremental: You see consistent shifts every day, or overtime.
-
Retroactive: You don’t see the shifts right away and then one day you suddenly look back and see all of the things that are different in your life.
You may experience a combination of the three.
