We, humans, are designed to have both physical and non-physical realities.  The subconscious mind's priority is to keep you alive and safe as long as possible.  The body think so too:  The brain and nervous system determine what is safe enough and the rest is in the pile of "danger, threats, and pain," to avoid at all cost.  This human design limits you to develop certain personality, habits, thoughts, decisions, and behaviors in which creates and dectates the entire experience of your life. 
But here's the kicker:  We also have our soul's blueprint which is universal curiosity to create new and expand.
Understanding how all those mechanics work, where the contraction point (fear), how your nervous system is wired to support your fear program, and where your soul's desire can be expressed and expanded, is the key to live a truly "full life"
