Transformational Therapy

What is RTT (rapid transformational therapy)?

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a hybrid therapeutic approach developed by Marisa Peer. It combines elements of hypnotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychotherapeutic exploration, inner child healing, and neurolinguistic programming (NLP) to facilitate quick and lasting change in clients.

Key Features

  • **Quick Results:** RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy) aims to achieve significant progress, typically within one to three sessions, in contrast to traditional therapy, which may take months to show results.

  • Root Causes:** This therapy targets the underlying beliefs and experiences that contribute to personal challenges, rather than just addressing the symptoms.

  • Comprehensive Techniques:** RTT integrates various therapeutic methods, making it a more effective approach to treating issues such as anxiety, depression, and limiting beliefs.

Session Structure

  • Initial Consultation: Clients typically begin with a consultation to discuss their issues and goals.

  • Hypnotherapy Session: A standard RTT session lasts about 90 to 120 minutes, during which the therapist guides the client into a relaxed state to access the subconscious mind.

  • Post-Session Support: Many practitioners provide follow-up support, including recordings to reinforce insights gained during the session.
