With the discovery, then we'll take another journey to access your brain circuit and the different part of the subconscious mind to rewire the circuit for better and functional belief system which will serve you, guide you, support you better to achieve your goals. Then you'll receive NLP (neurolinguistic programming) recording to upgrade your neuroplasticity to gain your mental strength and brain performance so that you can make better decisions, gain control over stress triggers and emotional reactions, and gradually transforming your life one decision, one thought, one reaction at a time. You will commit to listen to the recording for the next 30-90 days until your brain creates new synapses to support your new intentions and changes. During the time, you'll also receive the information about energy clearing routine, meditation guidance, and other helpful tools to maximize your progress for the next 30 days. One week after your Hypnotherapy session, you will have a 45 min follow up zoom session with your therapist to actualize and utilize the discovery into your life for positive changes.
